Artur Gulpe (48), Head of M&A and Executive Vice President with RTL Deutschland GmbH, will step down from his position effective November 30, 2026, to pursue new opportunities in Corporate Finance and M&A outside the company.
During his tenure with RTL Deutschland, he led numerous complex M&A transactions, investments and strategic projects aimed at accelerating growth and shaping the transformation of the company.
