RTL Group today announced that it was notified on 30 October 2020 by Silchester International Investors LLP (“Silchester”) that on 29 October 2020 Silchester reduced its voting rights in RTL Group from 5.01 per cent to 4.97 per cent.

This notification was published in reference to the Luxembourg law and the Grand Ducal regulation of 11 January 2008 on transparency requirements for issuers of securities as amended by the law.
